Cancellation Policy

If my pet is not up to date on vaccinations I will inform EPPC BEFORE visit. I understand that any service provided or offered by Everyday Paws Pet Care (EPPC) is NOT a substitution for veterinary care. I understand that EPPC reserves the right to refuse or deny service without veterinary approval. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with an activity or service and agree to release, waive, and discharge EPPC from any claims, damages, or injuries, including negligence.  Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to be refunded. These services are NOT to replace regular veterinary care. Your pet should be seen by their veterinarian at least every year.
